Bombardier’s OEM expertise enables a seamless maintenance network

As the manufacturer of your Learjet, Challenger or Global aircraft, Bombardier is fully committed to delivering a seamless, efficient and easy customer service experience. We know this experience begins and ends with our service centre network. That’s the driving force behind a recent expansion that more than doubled our global aftermarket services footprint, our fully equipped infrastructures and factory-trained technicians who operate on reliable inventories.

Over the course of six months in 2022, Bombardier added close to one million square feet of new service infrastructure, opening new centres in Melbourne, Australia and Miami, Florida. Significant expansions were completed at our facilities in Singapore and London Biggin Hill, and our line maintenance station in Paris, with a brand-new service centre coming in Abu Dhabi! In total, Bombardier operates nine wholly-owned, state-of-the-art, service centres where each location offers a full range of maintenance and modification services for Bombardier’s family of Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft – an expertise that can only be delivered by the OEM.

No matter where you are in the world, Bombardier’s 1,800 factory-trained technicians are nearby and ready to assist you. Aside from our service centre network, we operate eight line maintenance stations around the world and 35 Mobile Response Team (MRT) vehicles, all fully equipped to keep Bombardier Learjet, Challenger or Global aircraft in the air. We’ve also developed a strategic network of Authorized Service Facilities (ASFs), operations meeting or exceeding our strict OEM quality benchmark.

Of course, the best maintenance facilities in the world rely on a dependable parts network. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in our six worldwide parts facilities, employing a sophisticated AI-driven inventory management system that maximizes parts availability, shipping and tracking. Our inventory requirements are successfully matched with our customer base, resulting in a demonstrated 92.5 per cent regional off-the-shelf (OTS) parts availability rate.

When you take off in your Learjet, Challenger or Global aircraft, you can fly with confidence, knowing Bombardier’s extensive worldwide service network is just a phone call away. We’re driven to deliver an exceptional customer service experience – it’s all part of the OEM advantage.
