Holiday reflections on a memorable year

2025 has been a year of incredible customer service milestones!   

With the holiday season upon us, it’s a good time to reflect on how far we’ve come in our quest to deliver personalized, customer-centric service. At Bombardier, we strive to provide an easy, caring and convenient service experience that earns your confidence. I’m happy to report that in 2025, we’ve made real progress towards that goal. 

Thanks to your trust and feedback, Bombardier once again topped AIN’s Product Support Survey and added another first-place finish in Professional Pilot Magazine’s 2025 Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey.  

This year, we continued to strengthen our global support network, so we are always right where you need us most. We announced plans for a new Bombardier service centre in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and accelerated the construction of our new facility in Abu Dhabi, UAE. We’ve also grown our Mobile Response Team (MRT), adding a location in Atlanta and enhancing our presence in Ohio, New Jersey, Florida, Arizona and California.  

Across our service network, every visit and every interaction is guided by quality, care and our commitment to doing it right. Through hard work and dedication, each member of our team drives our success and upholds our mission. 

There is more to do—and we are excited to keep the momentum going into the New Year. 

Meanwhile, no matter how you spend the holidays, I wish you a season filled with the simple joys of family and friendship. May you encounter only blue skies and tailwinds in 2026!
