‘Own the Outcome’ at Bombardier’s 2025 Safety Standdown

The theme of Bombardier’s 2025 Safety Standdown in Wichita, Kansas, has been announced! 

This year, aviation professionals are encouraged to “Own the Outcome” of their actions – to take responsibility for every decision, procedure, and moment that impacts safety.  

Precision and accountability are paramount in aviation, and this year’s Safety Standdown theme reminds everyone that safety is never left to chance – it is the direct result of intentional choices and disciplined actions. Each one of us – whether on the flight deck, in the cabin, on the ground, or in leadership roles – has the power to shape a flight’s outcome through vigilance, preparation and a commitment to excellence.  

Owning the outcome means understanding that safety is not just a policy – it’s a personal and collective responsibility.
