Service evolved: introducing your Field Support Manager
Bombardier's customer service and support network continues to grow as we work to earn your confidence by delivering personalized, convenient solutions tailored to your needs.
That’s why we’re evolving the Field Service Representative (FSR) role, expanding its reach from pure technical field support to accountable relationship management. As Bombardier’s suite of products and services grows, the FSR position is being replaced by the Field Support Manager (FSM) role – a customer advocate whose single purpose is to help you navigate the Bombardier service and support ecosystem.
Customer feedback tells us that owners and operators want one point of contact at Bombardier – someone who is dedicated to liaising on your behalf with customer-facing teams at our worldwide network of Service Centres, Mobile Response Team (MRT) units, and our round-the-clock Customer Response Centre (CRC).
FSMs retain all the technical knowledge you’ve come to rely on from your FSR, with an added focus on customer advocacy. They work to coordinate complex situations, mobilize the right expertise and keep the lines of communication flowing – so you always know what is happening with your aircraft.
Bombardier’s global team members know that a request from an FSM is a request from a valued customer – so you can expect fast responses from subject matter experts who are equipped to drive effective resolutions that maximize aircraft availability.
Think of your FSM as your single point of contact for the duration of your aircraft ownership journey – a wingman whose sole purpose is to deliver a seamless, customer-centric support experience.
Questions? Simply reach out to your former FSR – now your trusted FSM.
