Service Centre leadership changes support Bombardier’s commitment to excellence
Bombardier’s growing global service network is tangible proof of our commitment to connect customers with genuine OEM expertise.
Wherever you fly, we are there to make service easy, with convenient solutions to maximize your aircraft ownership experience.
From Berlin to Wichita – and at every location in between – our top-notch global Service Centres earn customer confidence by providing convenient, tailored aircraft maintenance solutions. With more than 5,200 Bombardier aircraft currently in service, we know that every customer interaction is an opportunity to earn our customers’ trust with the delivery of a seamless service and support experience.
It is our team of 2,500 Bombardier Service Centre personnel around the world who make the difference every day. With that in mind, I am pleased to announce two recent changes in the Bombardier Service Centre leadership structure.
Effective immediately, Frank Schulze is the new General Manager of our Berlin Service Centre. Frank replaces Stefan Kroll, who decided to move on to be closer to his family. We wish Stefan well as we transfer the reins over to Frank, who has deep technical expertise built upon 20 years as a mechanic, B1 Engineer, and Unscheduled Maintenance Team (UMT) supervisor.
Next, we welcome Ray Godon as the new General Manager of the Hartford Service Centre. Formerly the Director of Bombardier’s Europe Mobile Response Team and Paris Line Station, Ray brings a wealth of experience to his new role, including more than 35 years at Bombardier worldwide – as a technician, Field Service Representative and Customer Response Centre Director.
If you are visiting our service centres in Berlin or Hartford, we invite you to stop by for a chat with Frank and Ray.
These are just two of the service centres that support our owners and operators flying around the world. In fact, we recently announced the beginning of a multi-phase U.S. customer support network expansion, starting with a new service centre in Fort Wayne, Indiana – and we are continuing to lay the groundwork for another state-of-the-art facility in Abu Dhabi.
Every day, the Bombardier team strives to be our customers’ first choice for aircraft maintenance, modifications and spare parts – and to deliver on all commitments.
It is a privilege to serve you.
Sincerely,
Paul J. Thompson
Vice President, Bombardier Service Centres
