M&O Americas 2026 embodies Bombardier’s stellar customer support

Bombardier’s M&O Conference Americas 2026 attracted nearly 200 participants to beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona, from May 12-14, 2026.

Tuesday’s agenda featured fun customer events, including a four-man scramble golf tournament and a desert Hummer tour, plus an evening welcome reception.

On Wednesday, Paul Sislian, Bombardier’s Executive Vice President, Aftermarket Services & Strategy, welcomed attendees to the conference, where all things maintenance and operations were on the program.

Special guests included Mike Macdonald, Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks, who in February 2026 led the team to victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LX. In a conversation with Bombardier’s Anthony Cox and Bill Molloy, he spoke about “Trust Under Pressure,” focusing on how elite teams deliver when it matters most – and likening this phenomenon to Bombardier’s dedication to safety, reliability and customer service in the high stakes world of aviation.

Key breakout sessions at the M&O Conference on Wednesday and Thursday included tech talks on Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft, as well as a Smart Services presentation and a mini Flight Attendant Summit. Aircraft maintenance professionals who attended the event are eligible to log up to eight hours of training for their Inspection Authorization Renewal.

Held at the Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia, M&O Americas 2026 highlighted Bombardier’s commitment to deliver incomparable customer support, from factory to flight line.
