Bombardier highlights APAC capabilities at Singapore Airshow
The biennial Singapore Airshow took off from Feb. 3-8, 2026, and Bombardier was there with a full team, ready to highlight its complete range of aircraft services and support in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.
Bombardier’s APAC footprint is strong and growing. Established in 2014, the Singapore Service Centre quadrupled in size following a 2022 expansion and is now the largest OEM business aviation service facility in the region – reinforcing Bombardier’s commitment to making the service journey easier for customers. The service centre is also home to APAC’s first business aircraft paint facility and 24/7 parts depot.
Bombardier also opened its Melbourne Service Centre in 2022 at the Essendon Fields Airport, one of Australia’s most active business aviation hubs. The facility – designed with customer convenience and readiness in mind – offers Bombardier customers an enhanced service capability, including major component, repair, and overhaul capabilities, a parts depot, fixed-base operations, and close to 30,000 sq. ft. of hangar space.
In China, Bombardier is proud to partner with the Tianjin Airport Economic Area in operating the Tianjin Service Centre. Since 2017, this facility has delivered top-tier OEM support to Bombardier’s Chinese customers. It offers scheduled and unscheduled maintenance services, as well as avionics installations and aircraft on ground (AOG) support for Bombardier Challenger and Global aircraft.
In addition to these facilities, Bombardier operates a Customer Response Centre in Singapore and a line maintenance station in Perth, Australia, with technicians also available to assist customers in Sydney.
Customers further benefit from a network of approximately 100 additional locations around the world; 16 Authorized Service Facilities; 59 Mobile Response Team vehicles; and Bombardier’s 24/7 customer support team. This integrated network exemplifies how Bombardier combines regional presence with a global support framework – enabling rapid response, consistent service quality, and peace of mind for operators.
As the OEM, Bombardier anticipates the needs of its customers and delivers timely, cost-effective support. With top rankings in 2025 product support surveys conducted by Aviation International News and Professional Pilot magazines, Bombardier continues to set the standard for industry-leading services and support.
