Bombardier places 6th on Top 50 list of British employers of veterans
Bombardier is proud to be named one of the 50 Great British Employers of Veterans, coming in at No. 6 on the 2026 list of Forces Friendly employers and showing significant gains over the past year. The list was released ahead of the 9th annual British Forces in Business Awards ceremony on June 25.
Together with associated rankings in the U.S. and Scotland, the event is the world’s largest celebration of ex-military members in second careers and the companies that best support them. Inclusion in the Top 50 demands a genuine, measurable and enduring commitment to veterans, reservists and military families.
“Veteran employment has undergone a remarkable transformation over the past decade,” said Ben Rossi, founder of the global Forces in Business Awards series and 50 Great British Employers of Veterans program. “Increasing numbers of employers now recognize that creating dedicated career pathways for the military community is not an act of charity – it is a source of talent and competitive advantage that can strengthen businesses at every level.”

To be included on the Top 50 list, employers undergo a rigorous assessment process and an independent evaluation by an expert judging panel comprised of senior business leaders, veterans and subject matter experts.
