As we begin to roll down the runway of 2026, it’s a good time to reflect on priorities for the coming year.
Here at Bombardier, we are looking ahead with renewed focus. We achieved some incredible customer service milestones last year, and we’re carrying that momentum forward to 2026.
Our team is absolutely committed to delivering personalized and convenient service—and we want to bring this experience even closer to you.
That’s why we are intentionally strengthening our global support network, adding Bombardier Service Centres in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as well as Abu Dhabi, UAE. We’ve grown our Mobile Response Team, too, because we want to be your first choice for aircraft maintenance, modifications and spare parts.
As an OEM, we want to connect with our customers, whether at one of our service centres or at one of Bombardier’s many customer experience events.
With that in mind, I’d like to invite your participation in our 2026 Customer Advisory Committee meetings, held twice a year for our Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft families. These meetings are a wonderful opportunity for aircraft owners and operators to provide feedback directly to Bombardier. Bombardier is also planning annual Maintenance and Operations (M&O) conferences in Scottsdale, Arizona (May 12-14) and in Nice, France (Sept. 15-17). These events are the perfect opportunity to talk tech with OEM experts, while learning about new products and services for your Bombardier aircraft. Please plan to join us!
