Bombardier is marking 20 years of excellence at its Chicago and Frankfurt parts hubs, two world-class facilities that ensure our customers get the parts they need when they need them, no matter where they are. 

The facilities in Chicago, Illinois and Frankfurt, Germany ensure efficient distribution of the parts required to service Bombardier’s global fleet of more than 5,100 Learjet, Challenger and Global aircraft. By early 2026, Chicago is set to surpass 10 million parts shipped, while Frankfurt races toward the 1.5 million mark by year-end 2025.

To further support customers in key locations, four regional parts depots operate in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, and San Luis Obispo, California.   

Bombardier’s focus on parts availability and rapid delivery continues to earn accolades from aircraft owners and operators.  

Frankfurt Distribution Hub Anniversary Celebration

In AIN’s 2025 Product Support Survey, Bombardier ranked first among business jet OEMs for the second consecutive year, rising to the top in key categories such as parts availability, AOG response, and cost-per-hour service programs. A key factor influencing this win was the company’s 92 per cent “off the shelf” shipping rate, ensuring timely delivery of the parts that customers need.  

Bombardier also earned top marks in spares availability, speed in AOG service, and service satisfaction in Professional Pilot Magazine’s 2025 Professional Pilot Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey.  

These achievements prove the company is setting a new business aviation benchmark for parts delivery and service excellence – an important factor in simplifying the service experience for our customers.
