As part of the discussions at the Global Advisory Flight Ops Sub-Committee (FOSC) between Bombardier and the community representatives, an action was initiated to improve the communication and awareness when new operational data or information is released by Bombardier. This information is available to operators in different formats, such as flight manuals, including the Flight Operation Notifications Manual (FONM), on Smart Pubs and Bombardier Flight Deck (BFD); or Advisory Wire (AW), Service Bulletins (SB) with their associated pilot information sheet and others via the customer portal. However, access to the mybombardier site is required in both cases. Once subscribed, operators and flight crews can get email notifications on the topics of interest, previously described following simple account setup steps.
