Surveys, services and support: We’ve got big news to share!

August started with a big bang at Bombardier!

I am happy to share that for the second consecutive year, Bombardier has earned the top spot in AIN’s 2025 Product Support Survey – besting all other business jet OEMs in key categories like cost-per-hour programs, parts availability, and AOG response!

Following our AIN recognition, we were equally proud to rank first overall in Professional Pilot Magazine’s 2025 Corporate Aircraft Product Support Survey, taking the top spot in critical categories such as spares availability, speed in AOG service, and service satisfaction. The Professional Pilot survey reinforces the trust operators continue to place in Bombardier.

These accomplishments are truly meaningful because they are based directly on feedback from you – our valued customers. Recent efforts to expand our global infrastructure, grow our technician team, and implement innovative digital solutions have made the difference when it comes to delivering premium OEM services faster than ever before.

And the growth doesn’t stop there: Bombardier has announced plans for a significant, multi-phase expansion of its U.S. service and support network. With our American fleet rapidly increasing, we are focused on augmenting the expert care and convenience already delivered by our service centres in Dallas, Tucson, Hartford, Wichita, and our state-of-the-art Miami Opa-Locka facility.

At Bombardier, we’re redefining the customer experience through a new lens – one rooted in our promise of service made easy and a commitment to always doing the right thing. Every interaction is designed to be smooth, streamlined, and built on trust. We want to be your first choice for aircraft maintenance, modifications and spare parts – and the surveys say we’re on the right path.

Our customers are truly at the heart of everything we do, so on behalf of our 4,000 -member support team, a sincere thank you for voting for us, sharing your feedback, and choosing the world’s best business aircraft. We are proud to be at your service.

Kindest regards,
