Bombardier Technical Publications is advancing three strategic priorities to enhance the user experience across our software platforms, particularly Nivomax/SmartPubs.

These initiatives focus on speed, ease of use, and meaningful innovation — all aimed at delivering a smoother, more efficient experience.

1. Faster download speed

Our top priority is very specific: make downloads significantly faster. For many users, downloading documents can be slow and disruptive. Reducing that burden is essential to improving productivity and minimizing service disruptions.

2. Improved ease of use

We’re enhancing intuitive navigation, streamlining workflows, and introducing smarter automation to refine the overall user experience. The goal is to let users focus on the task at hand, not on navigating the software.

3.  Enhanced capabilities

We’re also planning new capabilities in the upcoming application – updates that deliver high impact and time‑saving benefits. These features will provide greater flexibility and support the way users work.
